Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer both in person and virtual psychotherapy for both couples and individuals using evidence-based, collaborative approaches tailored to your needs. Together we can work through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, communication, and life transitions, with a focus on practical tools and meaningful, lasting change.

Is therapy covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). I recommend checking your specific coverage details.

What if therapy hasn’t helped me in the past?

Past experiences with therapy can shape expectations, both positive and difficult. Therapy can feel different depending on the approach and the therapeutic relationship. We can talk about what did or didn’t feel helpful before and tailor the work in a way that better supports your needs moving forward.

What happens in a consultation?

A consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation to understand what you're looking for and to answer any questions you may have.

Change starts with understanding.
Together, we’ll make space for clarity, connection, and new ways forward.
